The Mindful Routine
ANALYZE

Set the intention
Use the four quadrants on your Mindful Marker as a physical reminder to fully assess the shot in front of you.
Take in the information.
Make your decision.
VISUALIZE

See it. Feel it.
Flip the marker over.
Aim the arrow down your target line with the arc curved in the direction you want to hit the shot (fade or draw).
Apply pressure with your thumb and trace the raised arc as you visualize the shot you want to hit - start line, ball flight, landing spot.
Every Single Shot - One picture. One Feel. One intention.
COMMIT
Trust your decision.
You've analyzed the shot and created the picture. The thinking is done.
- Step into the shot.
- Hold the visual in your mind.
- Make a committed swing.
Commitment bridges the gap between decision and execution.
MENTAL RESET
Not every shot goes your way.
When a shot doesn't go as planned, trace the wave-textured edge of your Mindful Marker. Feel the ridges and use the physical sensation as a cue to leave the previous shot behind and reset for the next.
Return to the present.
Focus your attention on the shot ahead.
A routine you can feel.
The Mindful Routine isn't about adding more thoughts to your game. It's about creating a simple physical routine to analyze, visualize, stop thinking and commit.
